We strive to provide the best service possible, with the highest regards to quality and shipping. Here's what you can expect when placing an order with Susquehanna Botanicals:

• All orders are shipped in discreet packaging for your privacy.

• We work hard to have your order shipped out within 24 business hours but sometimes we're swamped, so it could take up to 48 business hours.

• Orders ship via USPS by First Class Mail or Priority, or via UPS.

• First Class orders can take 3-5 business days to arrive.

• Priority orders take 2-3 business days to arrive.
