This essential oil is steam distilled from fresh Cedar, it is highly concentrated and should be used with care. Essential oils are not for internal use. 

HOW TO USE AN ESSENTIAL OIL 
For external use only. To be used diluted in a carrier oil, or used in aromatherapy diffusers, perfumery, soap making, or candle making.
